Lawsuit alleges Mark Zuckerberg and his mafia hackers, at it again.

This morning we came across “GABRIELLA LUKAS v. MARK ZUCKERBERG CORPORATION”, Case number 2:15-cv-02481-FMO-AJW filed in United State District Court, Central District of California, Los Angeles (filed on April 3rd, 2015).

We pulled the complaint and were certainly not prepared for the very interesting complaint package. What is this newest federal Facebook litigation regarding? Plaintiff, “I, Gabriella” (Gabriella Lukas), filed against the “Mark Zuckerberg Corporation” for damages related to… well… that’s sort of where the clear facts end.

We have included the complaint in its entirety. Maybe readers can help us identify what exactly the complaint is. From what we can gather, Gabriella Lukas is alleging that Mark Zuckerberg has done the following:

  • Maintained an ‘Asian hacker’ force.
  • Maintained an espionage force.
  • Maintained a USA mafia of network film productions.
  • Collaborated with USA Government hackers.
  • Worked with ‘funding investors’ to cause some sort of ill.
  • Caused (verbatim) “many human whom died worldwide.”
  • Somehow is involved in slavery.
  • Forced someone to come to the USA in 2012.
  • “Break down every original inventor” for funding development purposes.
  • Killed an unidentified ‘partner’ and calling them a pig.

Not surprisingly, the plaintiff is representing themselves currently. It is unknown whether the plaintiff is seeking a lucky lawfirm to take this case on contingency.

Now, we admit that all facts have not been heard, and due process has not been completed. Everyone deserves to have their case heard. However, it may be relatively safe to say, this is an apt example of the fact that you can sue someone for any reason you want. Winning the case is a different story.
